Your mission

Active Sourcing: You identify, research and approach suitable talent via LinkedIn and other relevant channels. You develop targeted search strategies and find the right candidates even for challenging positions.
End-to-End Recruiting: You independently manage your vacancies from start to finish – from the kick-off with Hiring Managers and candidate outreach through interviews to successful hires.
Stakeholder Management: You work closely with our Hiring Managers, advise them on candidate selection and ensure a transparent and efficient recruiting process.
Candidate Experience: You guide candidates professionally and respectfully throughout the entire process and ensure fast, clear communication.
Recruiting Excellence: You manage your pipelines based on data and KPIs, set the right priorities and continuously improve our recruiting processes with your own ideas. You also test new AI tools and methods and bring innovative approaches to recruiting.
International Recruiting: You support our recruiting activities across different markets and contribute to hiring for international positions.

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in recruiting, with strong expertise in active sourcing.
International recruiting experience is a plus. Ideally, you already have knowledge of the UK and/or Swiss job market.
Experience identifying, approaching and engaging suitable candidates for different roles and target groups.
Experience independently managing recruiting processes and handling multiple vacancies in parallel.
confident stakeholder management skills and a genuine interest in advising and supporting Hiring Managers.
structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working – even when priorities change at short notice.
strong scale-up mindset: you enjoy getting hands-on, think pragmatically and thrive in a dynamic environment with short decision-making processes.
excellent German and English skills.
experience with Personio is a plus.
